Great Product
I have heard all kinds of not so good things about people having lots of side effects after taking Mct oil.I started taking 1 Tablespoon of virgin coconut oil for about 2 weeks before I bought Intentionally Bare MCT gelcaps. The coconut oil was making me feel better and I wanted to supplement more without the calorie load. I took 2 gelcaps with lunch the first day and I could truly feel the difference in energy. It caught me by surprise because I am not use to having that much energy at one time. The next day I took 1 capsule with each meal. I just bought another bottle so I would never run out. I love the feeling!

What the heck!!!!?!?!?!
Wow!!!!! I take these in the mornings and I have issues with low blood sugar levels so I constantly snack all the time. I’m trying to find a healthy way to loose weight and gain more energy and this right here blew my mind. No jitters, energy all day long, great focus, appetite help so bye by all day snacking (yes I work from home and my fridge stares at me all day) I haven’t thought about food at all today!! Wohoo!! Finally a product that works!!

Its okay
Didn't really work for me. I'm not sure what exactly I was expecting but I was hoping for more energy and a boost. They're pretty large Capsules although. No aftertaste or bad side effects.

These were recommended
Perfect for keto. If I’m feeling hungry, I take a couple of these & they keep me in ketosis. I listen to Dr Boz on YouTube and she says she takes 5-6 at a time, along with her sardines. I haven’t taken that many yet but I’m sure you can build up to that. Her skin looks beautiful and I’m looking for the same results. This large bottle & price are the best I’ve found. I have this on subscription.
