Really good bands, lightweight with great tension. Colours are great, really good size. The only issue is they roll up, however they're still great to use.I had a spinal cord compression and can't do a lot of exercise, but after loosing a considerable amount of weight I need to tone up. Nice set of bands but after 5months the black XX heavy band has snapped on me. thought they would have lasted longer.
