The right part, Pressure Washer Parts
I was hoping to get a Pressure Washer Manifold with all of the many parts already in the manifold. This one has just the bare manifold. After reading another review, I went to Ebay to get one for less money that was completely assembled, everything included. The real price of this unit on Ebay with all of the parts was $120. I didn't feel my old power washer was worth that much so I ordered the manifold from Amazon. It did take some careful dismantling of the old part and some pictures of the process with my phone. I was able to get all of the very small parts into the new manifold and put it on the washer. It works perfectly. I'm not a small engine fix-it guy so I was very happy to have accomplished this with no problem. The Briggs & Stratton 190627GS fit perfectly on my old unit.

Pressure Washer manifold
The manifold replacement worked well. Both the manifolds (orig and replacement) are made of a softer metal than I would have expected. If you live in a cold weather area make sure the washer is totally drained (blow it out) or you could get a crack along the screw line. If I were going to do it again I would order the total manifold with all the internal components installed. I spent a lot of time pulling, prying and cutting the parts out of the old one. It works fine but there is a chance you could mess up any of the many internal components as you swap them out.

manifold replacement part
Worked great to fix my problem. This cast aluminum manifold replaced the cracked one on my Coleman pressure washer, that cracked because it held water over the winter. I will now always make sure the pump drains completely before storing over the winter. I took a gamble that this would fit the Coleman, since it looked the same by the pictures, and it was. You have to be a bit mechanical to figure out how to replace the internal parts, but it wasn't too bad to get done. By using my parts and this housing, I saved $40 over the price of a kit. I did read on line that the adjustments to the pressure setting must be done properly, or the manifold housing can crack from too much pressure:Steps on adjusting the pressure setting:1. Start washer while pulling the trigger and holding open.2. Using a wrench, adjust the nut clockwise.3. As the nut is adjusted, the pressure will increase.4. When the PSI in no longer increasing, stop adjusting.5. Turn the nut back counter-clockwise 1/4 to 1/2 turn.6. Release trigger and engine should idle down (not be laboring.)7. Pull trigger again to re-test unit.8. If all is okay, tighten the small lock nut in place.

Not worth the trouble
I needed this part for my power washer, I knew the inside parts were not included but since it was already WAY over priced and ordering one with the inside parts was even more way over priced I chose to order this one. That was a mistake, I had to carefully hack saw the inner parts out of the old pump, it was the only way to get them out and you sure don`t want to damage anything. Would I buy this again, NO, if I ever need this part again I will just purchase the one with all parts included. I sure don`t understand why this thing is SO expensive, but what can you do, other than purchase a new washer altogether

Good replacement part!
This manifold assy. was at a fair price, fit correctly and performed (and still is) properly. All hardware necessary for the change out were included and were of good quality. The instruction were clear and easy to follow!

Great repair manifold for my Troy Built Power Washer
Great repair manifold for my Troy Built Power Washer, the original manifold has a poor tread attachment for the hose which wears in time. Used a Lasco 60-1057 brass fitting for the hose fitting. 3/8" NPT x 22MM adapter. I had to cut the very back of the old manifold off then use a punch to drive out the water load regulator and also the output regulator or you can certainly buy a new one for 45 bucks. I also bought a Briggs and Stranton 193806GS Pressure Washer Pump Valve Check Kit to replace the original valves in the pump. The water regulator is hold on by a U-clip and the out put regulator is comprised of nylon and a spring. You need to cut the very back or the old manifold metal or you will destroy the internal parts by cutting into them.....then use a punch to drive them out.

Perfect fit for my Brute pressure washer used with new ...
Perfect fit for my Brute pressure washer used with new valve and O ring kit. Would have been a lot easier if available as a complete unit. Had to cut apart old valve body to remove ball valve and jet that did not come with new valve body. After some backyard mechanics, it works like new again. Much better than buying a new pump or new pressure washer.

I never got it back together correctly and I'm pretty much a mechanical person
I suppose the product was ok. It comes without the guts and I knew that prior to purchase but I had a lot of difficulty getting it back together correctly. Actually, I never got it back together correctly and I'm pretty much a mechanical person.
