Completely Non-Functional
The handles are secured together by connectors that don't do a good job at all of connecting them. Meaning the handles constantly fall apart during everyday use. The handles are also tiny and the panhandle doesn't have enough weight to counterbalance the pan causing it to swing around when not anchored to the floor. Often causing it to empty it's contents onto the floor requiring a repeat sweeping. I had to use it as I had no choice and had two days to finish cleaning before having guests. Worst two days ever .. back hurts from having to bend down and repeatedly pick up and reassemble this piece of rubbish.

Great handle lengths saves bending
I have a back problem and this has proved ideal. I am also tall and the handle lengths are far superior to my previous shorter handled model

Well worth buying!
This product is very sturdy and easy to use. I've never come across one as strong as this. I'm very happy with my purchase. Seems longer than most which means less bending for me.

Very good
I purchased this item as I am going to have my hip replaced shortly and needed to be able to sweep and collect things I drop on the floor. This item does all of that and am very pleased with it, yes some other reviews say the brush is wider than the dustpan which is true but if you just turn the brush slightly sideways everything can be swept in. The brush is good for getting into nooks and crannies and does a good job. It is also lovely and tall, I am 5'7" and it means there is no bending down.

It’s very easy to assemble. The best thing is that it’s both very long so you don’t need to bend down.

useless
I am sure when this thing is put together it's lovely.But it will not fit together.You are supposed to screw the parts of the handles into each other and then screw the rod into the broom and dustpan.the screws don't fit anywhere and it all just falls apart.I am about to send it back

Handle disappointing
The brush and pan are excellent.Dust goes into pan cleanly, ribs clean brush well.brush bristles are smooth, clean well and easy to use.The handle both brush and pan wobble, idea of collapsing for storage makes very very weak. Plastic snapped on second use. Hooks and tops do not fit and constantly undo.Now taped, so as not to waste product.

Bit difficult to adjust.
Easy to put together. However the adjustable part does not allow you to slide the handle to position required. To adjust you have to unscrew the middle part of the handle and put it back together again. Overall though it’s a good dustpan and brush. Dustpan is a good size too.
