Logitech Mechanical Gaming Keybaord G710+ - German Qwertz layout

Neutral review because of the exact same problem experienced as others. When I ordered this keyboard a few days ago (August 2014), it did not say anywhere at all that it was a German Layout keyboard. Now since the website is .co.uk, one would assume that a UK layout would be sold. However this morning when I got confirmation of a delivery time, I was surprised to see that Amazon had sneakily added '(German Layout)' at the end. Very annoyed.Underneath the preview for the delivery confirmation I saw the first 1 star review (which is quite harsh considering it has no association with the functionality of the keyboard itself), they too had suffered the same misleading BS Amazon had pulled on me. I refused the delivery of my item this morning - 27th August 2014 - and now I must wait 3 business days for a refund because of Amazon's blunder. Not only that but this means I cannot order until the weekend, at the earliest and as such I'm pretty pissed.As for the keyboard, I've not got to use it and review it properly, but since I can't leave seller feedback and Amazon is the seller, I left a neutral review here to highlight the stupidity and consequence of Amazon not properly describing items until several people have bought them.Reviews everywhere for this product though are largely positive. It seems you get what you pay for. The keyboard is weighty, well built and supposedly made to last. I look forward to getting mine in the future... with a proper UK layout.

This is a qwertz keyboard not a qwerty , this doesnt matter to much as i use it for gaming otherwise its a good keyboard.

Quality was cheap. Not what would expect when paid over £100 for itReturned, company arguing we broke it because buttons come offWell their meant to come off so can clean itI did not damage this item

Even though it was not written anywhere on the page, this keyboard had a German layout and labels on the keys. I am returning this item. I am not sure if this is the case with every keyboard, but maybe you would like to clarify it first.

buyer be ware - made the mistake of buying the same keyboard Quickbaby used , the Logitech G710 -a lovely keyboard , made bad by the fact the s key fell off after just 1 week , returned ( that was a real hassle to Logitech )for a full refund , I bought 710+ another keyboard - thinking , I must be bad luck , well ,1 year in the w key fell off again - and had to be pushed back on , I have persevered for a couple of monthsbut now the ' w ' key has stopped working - so an emergency order today to amazon for a razer product- never again will I buy a Logitech gaming keyboard - for this price - this should last years , not 1 year
