I can't really review this item. What i did manage to assemble was easy but unfortunately one of the foot plates was broken in the place the bar fitted and it was over a months wait for a replacement so item returned.

Not really impressed.
One bolt snapped whilst assembling and one of the foot straps broke on first use - forunately I salvaged parts from my worn out rower (different manufacturer).The tension adjuster is poorly designed and quite difficult to adjust.

Really stiff, not a fan of it
Having previously had a rope pull type rower that didn't provide enough resistance, I opted for one of these and that definitely isn't a problem here. On the easiest setting, I'm having to use all of my strength to get it moving. Also the dampers on each side have a different resistance rate and a slack spot at the start of the pull that just makes it feel odd. Another minor gripe is that the labels on the display are in French, wouldn't have thought that it'd be costly to include a sticker in English to go over it.
