The bread I made in this pan dropped out perfectly. I was surprised because none of my glass pans let this happen. It cleaned up easily and the color is really pretty, I'm tempted to leave it out on the counter. I'm very pleased with it.

I love this size Emile Henry loaf dish. It is the perfect size for a taller, elegant result. Many loaf dishes produce a low, wide baked result. I prefer the taller result. The dish itself is beautifully designed with the illusion of pinch pleats on both ends. I love it!!!✨💕💕💕💕

Et surtout parfaitement sain car ne comportant pas de revêtement intérieur qui pourrait se dégrader et se détacher dans les aliments à la longue.Je l’utilise exclusivement pour cuire mon propre pain intégral maison au four, pas besoin d’acheter le modèle avec couvercle beaucoup plus cher de la même marque, ce « moule à cake » convient parfaitement à la cuisson d’un pain.
