elago iPhone 6 Case, [Slim Fit 2][White] - [Light][Minimalistic][True Fit] – for iPhone 6 Only

I've been using this model case for over two years now, and am very happy with it. Each case has been lasting me about a year, so during these two years I’ve gone through two cases, which isn’t so bad considering how slim the case is and how often I drop my phone! It fits the iPhone 6 perfectly, has a good grip, doesn't show fingerprints or dirt and looks very nice. I keep getting the extreme red and haven't had any discoloration at all with any of them. It has a very elegant soft finish - doesn’t look or feel plasticky at all. I hate how huge the iPhone 6 is, and I drop it a lot because it doesn't fit well in my hand, and doesn't fit in any of my pockets, so it's always falling. I'm seriously impressed by this case, being a slim case. Despite all the falls, my phone has had no damage, and the cases have only gotten minor cracks. My second case just got its first crack after over a year of use, so I ordered a third of this same model, because I love it so much. The only reason I’m getting a new one is because the crack is at the edge so a piece of the case sticks out and catches on my clothing. Otherwise the case is completely intact despite all the falls! That’s why I replaced my first case, too - eventually it cracked in a place where a piece of it was sticking out and catching on my clothes.I’ve read about other people being unable to take the case off without breaking their phone in the process, but I haven’t had that problem at all. All three of my cases have come off very easily, with no damage to the phone whatsoever and minimal (if any) effort. It’s a great case that I highly recommend!

About a month ago, I bought my third iPhone. This time, I got the 6s after previously owning a 5s and before that a 4. After having a massively bulky case on my iPhone 4 and briefly owning a LifeProof case on my iPhone 5s, I decided that the bulky case life wasn't for me. I had fallen in love with the design of he phone itself and really wanted to get a minimalistic case to highlight that. For my iPhone 5s, I owned a black and rubbery Spigen case that broke after two weeks of use. Then, I received a clear case (by a brand I don't remember) to truly show off my phone's design. At first, I loved having the clear case. It showed off my phone so much with it being only a millimeter thick. Unfortunately, after use, it started to show some wear. There were scratches on the inside of the case that were very noticeable and every thin part of the case eventually broke (above the volume buttons, on every corner, etc.). I truly hated it, but never grew out of loving the clear case.Fast forward one year and I'm now buying my 6s. I found this case in the frosted clear color. It was perfect! Shipped in two days because of Amazon Prime. When it delivered, I was very impressed. The perfect texture for me to hold on to and feel secure, but not overly grippy and sticky. The build was amazing. Very sturdy, and I have no doubt it will not break like my last one nor will it scratch. All of the ports have proper clearance. And most importantly, it looks great. The frosted look hides the scratches while still being able to see the phone's beauty.Overall, beyond happy and will definitely buy this case's equivalence for the iPhone 7 next year :)

This is my second Elago Slimfit case. It is a basic, economical case that fits my needs perfectly. The matte finish provides a comfortable, non-slippery grip. Cutouts are properly placed and sized for all the openings for controls and sockets. It adds almost no weight to the phone and allows the phone to slip easily into my pocket. Although it provides minimal protection from drops, it has been sufficient to keep the phone itself from scratches and dings. I have paired this with a good quality glass shield for the display, which I highly recommend. The rim is just high enough to keep the display from touching the surface when placed face down. There are a large number of attractive color choices that for me were much more pleasing than those available with other cases.. One criticism is that the case material is somewhat brittle. I replaced my first one because it had cracked and a corner had chipped off after a little more than a year. I took off a star for lack of durability. I also would have liked a cut out for the Apple logo. Nevertheless, this is a very good value. I explored many other options on Amazon and other websites and came back to the Elago.

This is the second elago Slim Fit Case I've purchased for my iPhone 6S. The first was a black Soft Feel case and I loved it - the velvety soft plastic feels great in the hand, snaps over the phone without adding bulk and keeps the phone securely in your grip (naked iPhones are notoriously slippery). The case has a cutout over the mute and volume buttons and there's a spot that is vulnerable to cracking (see the red arrow in the photo - it happened to my black case and also to my husband's). Not a deal-breaker because the case is perfectly usable in spite of it - the manufacturer could probably leave it out altogether and eliminate the issue. Still, it was a great excuse to make a change - elago has so many lovely options to choose from - I decided to try a crystal clear case this time. It is not a "soft feel" so you don't get the velvety tactile sensation but it's nice and smooth and the material is not brittle plastic but more substantial and of excellent quality. I was concerned that because of the smoothness the case would be slippery but it's not! These cases are a superior product, very well-priced, elegantly designed and unobtrusive on the iPhone.

Bought it as a gift to my wife for her iPhone 6 after the Leather Apple pink case wore away and gave a dirty apperence, the case fits tight and is really light and protects the phone well.One minor comment is it is a bit slick to touch so could slip out of your hands.

I have bought the product on 20th August. Liked the product. Have only used for 7 months and there's a crack developing on top corner.. Not worth of spending 1600 for this case
