Great flavor and great value
Just as good as a premium brand costing ten times as much. Wonderful for dressings, sauces, on meat or even on ice cream.

Wow
A little thicker than I'm used to; almost syrup-like and so delicious! Working from home, I'm always looking for healthy and quick options. I put this on avocados with tomato and arrugla at least a few times a week. A little pricey, but... you get what you pay for.

Great quality
Definitely on the aged sweeter viscous side.

Good, but how much of the flavor is due to the added sugar content.
I like the flavor of this vinegar better than the regular balsamic by Colavata, less vinegary smelling and taste, and more of a woody taste or is that brown sugar I'm tasting?I don't know, I use this almost every day in addition to olive oil and glaze but the added sugars have me considering to stop using it.

Love this!
This vinegar is thick compared to most that I’ve used. Has a great tang. Great on salads!!

Very delicious
Very powerful pop of flavor, I used it on meat after it’s cooked, highly recommended and will definitely buy again.

A great DOCG balsamic at a bargain price.
I bought this together with a much more expensive product, with the idea that I would use the Colavita as an everyday vinegar, and save the expensive stuff for special occasions. The Colavita shocked me with its intensity, depth, and syrupy pour. To earn the DOCG rating a product must be made according to tradition — no sweeteners or thickeners. Just natural balsamic aged until it reduces to a syrupy perfection.Just to be real, I bought several bottles of 50 year old vinegar when I was in Modena, and they were much better, but they cost about $150 for 250 ml, and that was 20 years ago. But I think the Colavita is as good as anything you can buy for under $50. Try it. And no, I don’t work for them. Just a foodie.
