Top quality product
I used this at work, I needed a torch at home I could trust. So I ordered this torch.No fiddling about with batteries any more on charge when I need it and ordered spare bulb for the future. Yes, it’s expensive but well worth the cost. Use a shaver adapter to convert plug to uk use. All set up now and very pleased.

Wow what a light!
I had owned Maglite torches since the 1960’s and still have them but I thought it was time to update. Wow what a difference! This torch is smaller than my previous ones and much lighter and makes a comfortable fit in the hand. A terrific beam for spotlighting. The only thing I didn’t like was the price but then quality costs and it needs a UK adaptor to plug into the mains which I thought could have been supplied with the kit.

Incorrect charger
The item was supplied with a standard US charger unsuitable for use in the UK.

Broke after 2 years
Excellent while it worked, however after owning this torch for less than 2 years it stopped working. The failure is due to a fault with the battery which has stopped holding any charge and seems to have swelled up slightly, so that it has become stuck inside the torch casing and cannot be removed. The battery is the original one supplied with the torch, and the torch has had only light usage and was stored in the supplied holder when not is use. A very expensive disappointment!UPDATE - after repeatedly banging the torch very hard on the ground I have managed to remove the battery, and after buying a (very expensive) replacement battery it's working again.
