Is there a way to tighten these collars? Mine are slipping

I bought some and two of the three pins on each collar were plastic. The plastic pins looked warped even before using them. It doesn't surprise me they slip. The warped pin will only get worse. You'll end up needing shim stock to make them stop slipping until they eventually break. I returned mine and purchased Lock-Jaw collars/clamps which are superior.
