My go-to
I have a larger Danish whisk, THEN I found this! Its is my preferred one to use for many different food applications. The stainless steel whisk is slightly smaller and closer together and designed in a way that I feel "whisks" better-faster-easier than the larger typical Danish whisk. The wood handle has a good feel, heft and length. I bought my 1st one of these kitchencraft whisks a couple years ago, and recently bought my 2nd to put in our RV. Highly recommended.

Perfect
This is exactly what I needed for refreshing sourdough starter. If you clean it right away, it’s easy to clean, but I wouldn’t want to let the dough get hard.

Narrow handle makes hand hurt
Fits in wide-mouth Mason jar. Nice length. Handle is tapered and is quite narrow where one would hold it. I have small hands and it made my hand hurt. Would only be good for stirring starter.

Flimsy and poorly made - connection between wooden handle and metal whisk rattles and will likely break with regular use
