How much additional height does the tent add to the generator?

When I installed it on the generator, it only added about 12 to 15 inches. The top of the tent came to about my waist after it was installed. Im 5’11” tall.

I have Briggs 8000-10000 will this tent fit?

This generator tent is designed for the Champion series generators with brackets and properly sized and fabricated canvas for them.
