When you stick them on the hair, Do you use heat to apply them to your head?

You can always press the tapes with a straightener after applying but I haven’t had to do so. They stick pretty well on their own

What color is the actual adhesive? Is it also blue or is it clear?

Adhesive is clear. Just blue where you peel it off!

how do you remove existing tape from the exstension before applying the new tape?

All I did was peel the old tape off and apply the new one, but you can use tape removal glue which I do have as well
