The stated dimensions are 9.5" x 7" x 1". Is there really a discrepancy between this and the actual product?

Mine is 7. 5” x 6”x 0.5. It’s the size I expected though.

What is the size difference between this and the regular vintage leather clutch bag?

I’m not sure what the size is of a regular vintage clutch bag, this bag will easily fit my iPhone and a normal sized wallet. Very practical and I think it will be very durable. It’s not dressy but I like that.
