I actually measured after reading the question it it comes to 375 grams exact using the baggage weighting scales. But it is a beast when it comes to noise suppression. Kills almost every decibel sound. Have recommended to others in my family.

Is this better than 3m cash10a peltor h10a optime 105 earmuff?

I have not used other brands. So can not compare. Peltor is excellent.

How does it work alongside with spectacles? does it hurt around the ear, if wearing it for long duration

I don't use spectacles and use it 1.5 hr. in one go. Feels sweating around my ears and need to put it away from ear for a sec or 2 after 30 min. But it servers my purpose. Good/Great product.
