These are excellent. I am reviewing these from a male's perspective.1. MaterialThe material of these panties was nice, not as good as my favorite comfort devotion tanga from maidernform [Maidenform Women's Comfort Devotion Lace Back Tanga Panty, Lasting Leopard, Large/7] but still, they were nice. Somewhat soft, but almost has a rigid feel to them.2. Look.These panties are totally anti-cheek. So if you like the cheeky look, these are definitely not your set of panties. You can give yourself a little wedgie if you would like to look a certain way, or feel a little more sexy, but again, these are pretty close to granny panties. If you are seen in these, depending on how close someone is, I believe they would be able to tell you are wearing women's underwear. Given the high rise of these, that should be taken into consideration. The reason I say this is there is a sort of stitched design for the seam, i've only ever seen women's panties have this. This is compounded by the material being rather shiny. Consider yourself warned.3. FitThese just fit. I know that no matter what happens throughout the day, these panties are not going to lose my goods. I may have ordered a size too small, consequently, even if I have several erections or am messing around with a girlfriend, these are not going to let my package go. So they get a 5/5 for that.4. Quality?I have had some pairs of these for several months now, and have put them in the washer and dryer (in a delicates bag) and have not noticed any rips, tears, or stretching. I think these panties are going to survive world war 3. They just seem extremely durable.5. Overall.Overall these are my go-to panties when I don't know what to wear or am headed to bed. They stay in place, have full seat coverage and are somewhat breathable. These are definitely granny panties, so they are not sexy (in my opinion) but I really like the way they look on me and feel. I would recommend this to any male or female looking for something with full coverage, no-nonsense.I bought these with my own money that I worked for. All these opinions are MY OWN. Love the fabric, they hold you in and support your back. Much cheaper than Spanx. I think they run small.

I have been wearing this brand for about 7 years and used to buy them at Walmart but they no longer carry the Vassarette panties. I have about 20 pairs but I lost 47 pounds recently and my existing underwear was now too large. So a few weeks ago I went online and read the reviews and most of them said "size up". Well I need to "size down" (LOL) so I took a chance and purchased just 3 pairs of the size 7 which Vassarette calls large. Well I only weigh 106 pounds but these panties fit perfectly. I was very pleased. So I ordered 10 more pairs and they arrived the other day very neatly packaged and they sent me 12 pairs with a note that said 2 pairs free which helped ease the higher price a bit. Thank you very much and yes I DO wash them in the washing machine and have been for years and they do not fall apart in the machine.
