Work’s great after a few months. My ten year old daughter is having a blast on it. It can carry me just fine also at 195 pounds, it goes pretty fast. The speedometer reads a much faster speed than what it’s actually going though. Seems to be really good quality and the sale price was great. I don’t know the range but it’s been fine for our purposes and seems to go a long time between charges but verify the range if you are using as transportation.

Bought for my son he is 6"1 240 big solid kid. He uses it every day it is fast and supports him and dosent loose any power the batter lasts a long time between charges

This is a very sturdy machine with very little assembly. I'm not sure how the battery life is calculated, but I rode from my mom's to my house, mostly bike paths. I started with a full charge - 5 bars - and rode 7 miles on the fastest mode, leaving me with one bar. That makes me think that the 15 mile range it claims is probably around the 8 mph speed. I was averaging 12 mph. But here's what I know: This scooter will give me the distance I need to retrieve my truck and trailer from the average distance between boat ramps....and that is ALL that matters.. PS - someone down below said the Iscooter was the worst purchase ever, then gave ZERO details as to why...Don't trust that person's response! This is a nice machine, and very well built. Sometimes I think people who are in cahoots with other companies actually purchase something just to give negative feedback to steer customers away to another product.

The scooter is defective I’m going to have to go to one of those repair shops to get it fixed. Instead of making the return process easy and simple. The seller would rather go back and forth with the customer, literally a headache. I honestly regret buying this scooter. Please save yourself the headache and hassle and order your electric scooter from anywhere else.

IMPORTANT: This scooter (23 Miles 22 MPH 500W motor) is not technically a iScooter. What I was sent was a generic scooter which is sold under the W6 name by many scooter reselling companies. This is important to note if buying something actually from iScooter is important to you. Luckily they said they follow their 12 month warranty on this as well so that is a relief.That said the scooter is amazing, I was skeptical once I realized it was a generic scooter but once I got it I was surprised. It is actually good quality. Consistently hits 22MPH and accelerates very fast. The range like all e scooters is lower than advertised due to external factors. I live in a very hilly area so I’d get around 11-12 miles (estimated) on sport mode which is really good. At a more flat place I would expect easily 15-16 miles. It doesn’t have suspension but I don’t think it’s necessary, I had a Hiboy S2 before this which had hard tires and this is so smooth compared to that due to pneumatic tires.The reason I knocked a star off: Breaks are weird and take time to get used to. I have it on medium intensity but at slower speeds it’s very sensitive but at higher speeds it feels not strong enough. This is just something to get used to especially for me since my old scooter had e breaks separate than the squeeze brake. Additionally, when I got the scooter the rear mid guard was so tightly attached that the tire was rubbing against it. Once I noticed it I pushed it out as the metal was not too hard to adjust but this should not have happened for safety. Another thing is the folding mechanism which is good but having to screw and unscrew while also aligning the metal piece is tedious and more than a standard lever clip that other iScooter products use.Overall it’s a nice light weight good quality scooter, fits in my trunk with ease and looks amazing. It’s perfect for city or college commutes. I do wish it was specified that this is not iScooters own item rather just a resell but them covering warranty makes up for that.

Some assembly required but not too bad. My son is 14 and LOVES it now all of his friends want one too. One week in and no complaints. Three modes to control battery usage and easy to operate. All hands on..no foot controls. Update: The customer support from iscooter is top notch. No issues with the scooter one month in...but his cousin damaged the bell. When I reached out to iscooter to get a replacement...they shipped it to him at no charge. Amazing company

My 12-year-old absolutely loves his scooter. He has been riding it non-stop since he got it for his birthday. The battery life has been good, and my son says the scooter provides is a smooth ride.The first scooter we ordered from the company was damaged during shipping, and the seller did a great job of quickly responding to our issue and sending out a replacement.
