Serious stomach pain
I took this twice. both times I got serious stomach pain. And I do mean SERIOUS pain. So I stopped taking it. I will try it again some time in the future but I will only take half a capsule and see how I feel. I have very serious dry skin and dry eyes so I think I do need bile so I can absorb the vitamin A from the Cod liver oil I am taking.
