These are awesome! I take them as a female and my husband takes them too. They're convenient and easy! They also taste so good.

These have all the ingredients in them that I was looking for, which is great. I love taking vitamins as gummies. It's a nice little snack and usually taste pretty good. These.. uh... They don't taste so great to me. I thought maybe at first it was just an acquired taste and I would become accustomed to them. But after a couple weeks, I haven't. They are not outright disgusting and don't make me want to throw up or anything like that. They just an overall have an unpleasant taste to me. It's supposed to be Blue Razz, which I usually like a lot.Anyway, like I said, they have the ingredients I was looking for and they are vegan. So that's all good. And taste is subjective. So other people might like the taste.

Hot garbage. Not as advertised. This price for 100mg of shilajit is not worth it. Says there is more but when it arrives it is not the same
