I don't want to leave a bad review for these guys because their parts are normally great but the last three parts I've ordered for my Tele that I'm building have not been correct parts. Amazon issues me refunds for all thru but says do not return item. Okay so I have extra parts for maybe a future build I just wanted the right parts I'll give you guys another chance on my next order

One might be inclined to think that all neck plates are created equal. If that was the case, you would be just as well off buying the cheapest neck plate on the market as you would buying this neck plate. Let me assure you that this is not the case.Many dealers sell bargain neck plates without the screws or gasket. The gaskets help the neck plate to sit securely during the installation process. They also prevent the neck plate from damaging the finish on the guitar. Some of the bargain merchants include screws but those screws are of very poor quality. There are few experiences as frustrating for a guitar builder as having a poor quality screw snap off halfway into a high quality guitar. It is even more frustrating if the screw breaks after it has made it into the neck.This is a good quality neck plate at a good price. The gasket and the screws came with the neck plate. Finally, the screws were good quality screws and did not break during use. I would definitely purchase this product again.

Goes on great, just measure your project and double check the specs.

I've used quite a few Musiclily parts building guitars and I've been satisfied with the quality, but while this neck plate is fine, well-finished and without flaws, the screws they shipped with it are way too soft and the heads started to strip out while tightening them down. They're rough enough to snag clothing, so they need to be replaced. I'd happily pay a little more for a product that doesn't come with junk screws.

Good quality part I had no problems installing it. Everything lined up perfectly for me. I am a return customer. I previously purchased a gold tone one and no problems there either. Had that one ingraved. They truly are worth it to me

The plate is beautiful and the holes line up perfectly. However, I would check the screws against your stock screws, or if you're building from scratch, ensure that you check depth on your neck and drill accordingly for the screw that are paired with it. They seem a bit on the larger side.

Looks good, fits Squire Bronco bass. One screw snapped so I reused original screws.

La piastra è molto bella e robusta, purtroppo le viti sono più grosse e perciò è necessario modificare i fori altrimenti è impossibile chiudere dinuovo il tutto come prima. Ero molto titubante nel compiere tale operazione perchè avevo il timore di rovinare il collo e fare danno. Per fortuna, con un po' di calma e manualità, sono riuscito poco per volta a raggiungere il mio scopo. Il timore maggiore era che si rompessero le viti nel legno come accaduto ad altri.

Was putting together an all black partscaster and wanted to swap out my chrome neck backplate for something black. This does the job, but one of the black screws broke in half during installation. Luckily I was able to get the broken part out. Looking through other reviews it looks like this has happened to others as well.I went back to using the screws that came with the guitar. Still looks good enough for my purposes, but I'll keep an eye out for some high quality black screws down the road.

I just bought a vault black ST1 maple neck strat a few days ago. I bought it so that i can modify it top to bottom. Anyways, few days later, the top two screws of the neck plate of my strat became unstable, it keeps rotating, doesnt fix at one point. As a result, the neck couldn't take the tension of the strings (9's), and the neck slightly tilted forward. now at this moment, a .80mm alice pick can easil slip inside the gap between the neck & the body.So, here where this new plate comes! very quick delivery i must say! came in the late morning.this musiclily neck plate is quite satisfying i must say. Really shiny, quite heavy, seemed sturdy.Although i didnt fit the plate right now (but i will after i fix the gap problem) i have seen it will easily fit on the existing holes.no new drilling required (atleast for my vault strat).conclusion:I am happy it arrived so fast. good packaging.I'm sure this will change the look of my guitar.Very good product.Recommending this neck plate for low-priced guitars from Vault, Harley Benton, Squier, Ibanez gio series and like that.cheers!

The plate and plastic backer are totally fine. Finish is good too. The screws though are not so great. The gauge is bigger than what are on originally (Squier) and they feel a bit quite cheap (cheap alloy). Drilled a bit of a bigger bore on the body and neck to not put stress on the screws. Will no doubt be fine as it's not being used on a gigging bass.

Tiene un buen precio aunque no tiene buen brillo la verdad es que la calidad se ve de lo que uno está pagando no se ve un artículo de buena calidad sino simplemente aceptable pero por el precio que más puede uno pedir
