This is an excellent Vitamin D3 and K2 product. The quantity is perfect. So many things you read online suggest taking massive doses of vitamin d. This isn't wise. There are many issues with high dose supplementation unless being treated by a doctor for a specific reason. But for maintaining levels, the amount in this product should be more than adequate, especially if one is taking another supplement that has vitamin d such as a multivitamin. More is not always better. This also includes K2 in the preferred MK7 form. The pills are tiny and easy to swallow. The price is good.

Good stuff, good price. I don't know if I was missing K2 or if there is an entourage effect going on here. Indeed a big difference when I take or don't take these. These things alone shouldn't cause a noticeable daily difference, but for me they do. Long term these aid in other critical functions which are very important so I'll probably continue taking them for that alone. I like the small pill, GMP, lab tested... I'll get these again.
