expensive, but totally tough against city debris
I love these tires, they can got thousands of miles across normal debris in bad city areas, and still keep me going. I would say $10 less would be the right point, but tariffs... So, keep them at 60-65 psi if you're around 200-250lb (plus more if you are carrying a backpack with 10-40lb of stuff) and you should be ok even from run flats. Just don't race over a curb expecting this to protect your inner tubes. And even though it's tough, try not to run over lots of glass or a ton of spiky metal debris. Look down every now and then and pay attention to your riding path.

GREAT Commuter Tire!
Bought these back in October of 2022, and almost rode 9k miles on them as I just swapped to new tires on 9/24. I am a daily commuter (24 miles x 5 days a week, plus fun rides), and they did great here on paved paths, gravel and road in all conditions (southern Colorado). They are heavy but in my opinion worth the weight for the strength of this tire. I only suffered one flat in the almost 2 years I rode, and it was my fault as I ran over a big sharp object. The width of the 32 gives added stability and shock absorbsion and makes for a comfy ride. In all honesty, I could probably get another year out of them, if not for snow in my area, as I needed a bit more bite on the tread.I highly recommend these tires!!

Great feel and ride with low rolling resistance and safe!
Loved the feel of my first ride out today. Weather is/was sunny and hot here in the Tampa Bay area and the rubber was grippy and stable at 75psi. These are the 37x622 or 700x35's for the rest of us. Max psi is 85 but online suggestions seem to indicate 75 as the sweet spot. In looking over my bike telemetry today my ride looked to be about 1.5 to 2 mph faster than before them and that was with a still 14-15 kt headwind for part of my ride. Overall installing them was decent but not overly difficult however strong hands and fingers are a must and blisters will occur on your thumbs as you "knead" the tire onto the rim.The tires these replaced on my Specialized Sirrus 5.0 X is/are the exceptional Specialized Nimbus 2 Armadillo reflect at 700x32 which is in its own way a great tire with a slightly higher psi max of 100 but 90 worked for me. They are hard, rigid, roll well and tough to take off but with over 900 miles on them and they having a "slick" surface i exchanged them off for the summer tropical rainy season for peace of mind on my road work.Other reasons are that there is/are alot of construction trucks running around here in Manatee County with the building boom of homes so debris, sand, dirt and everything bad for a tire is present on the roadways and a little more tread and traction was in order.Overall these are a worthwhile investment. I am a big muscular guy at 5-11 255lbs and ride about 40 miles a week and these really smoothed out my ride a bit from the Nimbus. All in all you wont be disappointed and just need to exercise patience putting them on. I recommend watching the fine German produced lol..Continental installation video on proper technique. Best wishes and happy riding.

So far so Good - Better grip than Schwalbe Marathon Plus
Just got these tires (700 x 35, 700 x 32) to replace Schwalbe Marathon Plus (which are sketchy on wet pavement). Was able to install without any tire irons or vaseline / grease on new Alex DM 18 rims, in 40F weather. It took a bit of tire massaging around the rim. The last 6 - 10 inches was the toughest but with further tire massaging (I don't know how else to describe - seating tire comfortably around rim) and patience (a few minutes) was able to get it on to the rim without tire irons. After 200+ miles, I've noticed that on a fully loaded touring bike (40lbs panniers in front, 55lbs in back) these tires provide a much better grip on wet pavement than Schwalbe Marathon Plus. As to puncture protection, it so far looks pretty good, riding on pavement with general road debris.Update: July 2023Recently finished a west to east coast cross country tour (3900 miles) mostly road, including 800+ miles of limestone packed trails on a fully loaded (90lbs) bike, through rain / hail / snow. Zero Flats and Zero issues with tires. As to be expected, front tire has lost half the tread, rear tire is bald with occasional spots of the orange internal layer showing through. Would buy again. The only issue I have is with the seller. I wanted to replace the back tire but seller does not deliver to amazon lockers, only to physical addresses. This makes it difficult to get a replacement, while on tour, if you need it.

Difficult to install but durable
Bought tires sized exactly for my 700x32 rims. After a lot of prying, I managed to fit them on the rims, with tubes. Then realized they were backwards, pryed off and replaced.Did need any tools other than some metal tire levers and some water. Amy run into issues trying to pry these off with plastic levers.Would be able to take these off and patch tubes if necessary, but is a definite challenge. The tire are durable, have good grip, ride smooth, and don't puncture easily. If you are running tubeless, these are a great choice. If you are using tubes, may run into issues if they go flat.
