adidas Adivista L A164 6093 Rectangular Sunglasses

I bought these for my husband because his last pair broke. He absolutely loves them, I will most likely get him another pair in a different color. They fit great and look great!

I've been wearing these sunglasses frequently for 10 months and like the fit and look. However, about a month ago, one side popped out of its socket and although it pops back in, it pops out on a weekly basis now. I had a similar but different pair for many years before these and never had the pop-out problem. I'd be interested if addidas has any comment or suggestion but otherwise I'll view the problem as a design or manufacturing defect.
