Ok but could be better
I’ve had two of these kits and in both the yeast and nutrient pack did absolutely nothing to the point where I had to add my own yeast to get it to ferment...other than that the taste is not unpleasant but not much of elderflower so at the sweetening stage I add elderflower cordial instead of sugar
