I don’t usually write reviews, but I had such a great experience with both the product and the customer service that I had to share it.I purchased the Baseus USB-C 45W Charger 2-Pack (Model CCGAN45SECS) and have been thoroughly impressed with the performance, build quality, and compact design. These chargers are sleek, efficient, and deliver fast charging exactly as promised. I’ve used them with my phone, tablet, and even a lightweight laptop, and they perform flawlessly every time. The power delivery is consistent, and the chargers stay cool even with prolonged use—definitely a sign of quality engineering.However, shortly after I started using them, one of the chargers developed a minor issue. It stopped charging reliably, which was disappointing at first. But this is where Baseus really won me over. I contacted their customer support via email, and within 24 hours, I received a kind and professional response from Viola, a customer service representative. She was incredibly helpful and friendly, walking me through a few quick troubleshooting steps before promptly arranging a free replacement without any hassle. Her communication was clear and reassuring, and it genuinely felt like she cared about resolving the issue.The replacement charger arrived quickly and works perfectly. It’s rare these days to find a company that not only offers great quality products but also stands firmly behind them with excellent customer service. I searched everywhere online and couldn't find a picture like this. As the title says it's crazy when you think about it5w apple brick vs 45w Baseus brick, that's 9 times faster than the OG and it has super fast charging 2.0It's nice and sleekIt's light, small, for android, apple, & it can technically charge a laptop(20v2.25a) so it's very compatible. It doesn't get hot from the build quality and innovative advancement Baseus has done for 10+ plus years. (Anker & Baseus were made same year 30 min drive from each other)Id choose Baseus over Anker anyday.Check out their other products on AliExpress.These products on Amazon are intended to be competition for the Anker products on here.

This is a quality charger that works really well to charge my laptop and phone. Combined with the same brand power cord, it charges in half the time as the original power cord did.

Ever since I started using this pair of compact 45 W chargers, they’ve become go‑to chargers around the house. They’re surprisingly small—way more portable than my old 30 W—but still charge my phone and tablet really fast, hitting about 60% in half an hour. They stay cool thanks to that GaN cooling tech, and I like that they come with their own USB‑C cables. Occasionally one felt a bit tight in certain outlets, but that’s a small gripe for how efficient and travel‑friendly they are.

This charger and brand has been very good. I owned a previous charger which is 65w 2 PD Ports and one USB port. So far it’s been two years and the charger has been going strong.This charger I know will be just as great. Packaging is superb. Upon opening I have two charging bricks and also two USB C charging cables to complement.Tested both chargers with charging various Devices Samsung A Series phones, iPhone 13 Pro Max, Samsung Galaxy Flip 6, AirPods Pro Max with USBC, iPad Pro, Apple Watch. I even tested a multi charger for my night stand that simultaneously charges three items at the same time which are my daily devices. No hangs or dips in delivering power to devices.The charger however doesn’t get too hot but warm, which was surprisingly good even with the use of a multi charger.My only issue is for a traveling charger I think that the charger prongs should swivel open and close to secure the prongs safety from bending while in storage to be moved around. This would serve as an ergonomic stand point and would save the product from daily ware of being back and forth.I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a budget friendly option. If you’re traveling a lot and don’t mind the prongs being exposed then this is the charger for you. If you like a travel charger with the prongs that swivel into position for use and also swivel into the charger to secure the prongs for storage and also travel.It would be four (4) stars for me as it’s not a swivel but other than that so far it’s been great. Durability will be determined in time and I will be giving an updated review at a later date.

This is my new go-to travel charger. I've tried many, many different ones and as of the time of this review, this 45w charger is the best option in terms of size vs. wattage. It will charge everything I carry along when traveling including my laptop (of course at a slower speed). If you want to save space when you travel, this is the way to go.

I have 8 of these now, and while they are a little bit larger than some of the smallest 45w chargers from Anker, at only $10 each, they are a steal. I have them all over the house - can charge our laptops, iPads, phones, almost everything. Universal for the entire house. I tested them all and they put out a solid 40-45w constant to my laptops. The white ones also look really sharp, paired with some Lisen or Baseus 60w cables, it's great.
