I actually laughed at this when it came! Flimsy rubbish, poor flavour, may as well have a normal pen in your hand.Recently gave up smoking, by using a vape. Wanted a healthier alternative to a vape. Brought three items advertised as such. Two were still vapes. They were expensive, but cheaply made vapes....pretending to be a healthy alternative to vaping! Disappointing.This was the only non vape, it's utter tosh, back to the drawing board!

I’m wearing the patch and using these to break the physical habit and I can’t praise these enough,the taste is not to intense but enough to feel like you’ve took a toke and hit that craving HIGHLY RECOMMEND and far safer than other options that cause popcorn cancer

Not worth 9 quid feel robbed! Be better buying some chewing gum and inhaling through a pen lid!

I have grown to prefer these to the silly metal ones with white flavoured filters. Only trouble is these are ridiculously overpriced

I'm going to be fairly contorversial here (from the other reviews) and say that I think this product is fairly decent.I'm a non-smoker but want help to stop snacking on the commute to/from work or while I'm sat on my PC at home and was looking at an expensive Swedish alternative to this brand so thought I'd give it a try to see if it helps.Yep, its of cheap construction and plastic, but its £8 at the end of the day and I found it well worth the price as I found it certainly helped me.It's about the size of a cigarette but has a lid like a pen and a small bung at the opporite end and perhaps my only gripe is that the hole that the air is drawn through at the opposite end is less than 2mm wide, so it's difficult to draw in the air that is needed to get the vapour in to your lungs. Not a massive issue but the device certainly helped me to realise that the expensive Swedish alternative would be worth me shelling out the best part of £100 for, so I'm a happy customer!I'm sure if you're using it to help give up smoking, you'd probably be less happy with it, but worth a try for the cost (especially if you're looking for an alternative to vaping), but think if the hole at the opposite end was slightly larger, it would be more effective.

The flavour dissipated within a day plus the tube felt as though there was no restriction unlike the sensation from drawing air and smoke from a cigarette, so found it no use as a smoking substitute.
