It's very nice but not absolutely perfect.
This is a great mug and as far as drinking out of it goes, it's fantastic. It keeps the drink warm for several hours and that's all you really need. As far as fitting the aeropress, it works well. I don't think it has the most stable base, but it's good enough. The filter storage seems shoddy and liquid can easily get in. I also don't see much use in storing the filters in it unless I'm taking everything with me. The design on the side of the cup is also a little kitsch, but I knew what it looked like beforehand. Overall, I do like matching the aesthetic of the aeropress and it does work well with it.

A little too expensive and not leak proof, but decent quality if you want Aeropress branding
The good:When it comes down to it, if you just like the Aeropress brand and don't mind paying a premium price to support the company making this coffee gear, it's a decent mug.*The material feels nice, the plastic lid is actually pretty sturdy feeling and friction fits to the body with a good snugness.*It has a magnetic slider shaped like the Aropress itself that snaps back and forth on the lid to open and close the drinking spout for those of you who like fidget sliders.*The base has a compartment for storing a decent quantity of Aeropress filters. Filters remained dry inside the bottom chamber even when washing it under running water in the sink.*It was perfectly stable on a flat surface pressing coffee directly into it from my older Aeropress, with plenty of room leftover in the mug for ice, creamer, etc after pressing a full chamber.*It has pretty good heat retention and insulation, not as good as a thermos but enough to keep it hot for longer much longer than a regular mug.Unfortunately it also sacrifices some functionality and craftsmanship in the name of style:*Most notably, the magnetic slider does not stop it from leaking if it falls over. The slider's design sticks out a bit and may block your lips from sitting comfortably when drinking from it (though you can pull it right off as it is only held on by magnets).*The black coating is a bit rough looking under the filter holding cap.*If you want to fill the whole cup up with coffee, you need to grind a bit more coffee to concentrate it when pressing and dilute it.*The filter storage is NOT waterproof, you will probably ruin some paper filters if you leave this in a water filled sink after forgetting they're in there. If your just looking for a good travel coffee container, don't own and don't care about Aeropress branding, your better off buying a Contigo auto sealing tumbler. If you like Aeropress branding and the added functionality of filter storage built in, then it is nice, I just think it's overpriced for what you get.Other details:As a bit of an OCD germaphobic (Actually diagnosed by a psychologist), I feel like I need a clean plate to rest the open end of the mug on when the filter storage is detached. Otherwise, I feel like I'm getting the underside dirty and putting it on the clean filters when I reattach it, so if your picky about cleanliness this may be an issue. If your taking this to an office where you have access to plates and/or a sink with dish soap, this is not a big issue. This appears to be the same mug that comes with the Aeropress Go Plus, but without the Aeropress specifically designed to store inside of it. If your thinking about grabbing this mug, you might be better off paying the extra 40 bucks to get the brewer specifically designed to fit inside it, as you cannot currently get that model without the mug anyway. My original Aeropress and Aeropress Go models do not fit inside it either, so it won't "upgrade" those older models to something more travel friendly.

Great sized travel mug
I am a big fan of my Aeropress. It makes great coffee and is an awesome way to make great coffee when traveling. This is a great companion for that use. It gives me a nice place to store my paper filters for the brewer. It is pretty easy to clean being stainless steel. The silicone seal is also pretty easy to remove to clean periodically. It has a cute touch of the aeropress shaped seal for the opening. It's not as cheap as some options, but it seems high quality, and has some neat style elements/functions that make it worth it.

Decent Cup, But Nothing Special
This tumbler works fine for holding coffee, but for the price, it doesn’t really stand out. It pairs well with an AeroPress, which is why I got it, but beyond that, it feels pretty basic. The lid doesn’t screw on, which is disappointing, and while it looks nice, it has the feel of a promotional item rather than a premium travel mug. The built-in filter storage is a nice touch, but not something I find particularly useful. It does keep drinks hot for a reasonable amount of time, and the size fits well in a cup holder, so it’s functional. However, considering the cost, I expected something with a bit more thought in the design. If it were priced lower, it would be easier to justify, but as it stands, it feels like you’re mostly paying for the AeroPress branding rather than a standout product.

It’s okay
It’s okay…there are many insulated mugs that are better. My biggest concern is the hard plastic screw on bottom, that holds approximately 5 filters is for sure going to crack with any impact.. Without the bottom I wouldn’t use with the aropress. The other thing, and not a big deal, is the slide to close the lid is overly thick and doesn’t make a very smooth drinking experience.

Fits coffee press great. Perfect size. Keeps it hot.
This cup is heavy-duty and fits the Aeropress perfectly on top. It's easy to get a cup ready to haul out the door and keeps it very hot for hours, even in super cold and snowy conditions. The filter storage is not obvious to see unless you're looking for it, and I don't have a need to bring filters typically. I'm sure someday when I'm camping I'll love this feature, but it's not a big deal to me at the moment. This is a fairly expensive cup, but it is purpose built to match with the coffee maker, so it's a good enough price point. I don't really love the branding on it, but I'm not a 'brand-guy' who cares about humble bragging about my fancy cup. Still, I recommend.
