Great improvement on V1!
Great improvement on the previous version. The strap has enough support that I can wear it together with the solo knit strap without the light seal, and it remains comfortable for a significant time. The interchangeable paddings of different sizes allow for a good fit, and the strap is well-constructed. Will be a go-to piece of equipment going forward.

Best I've found for me, but it will be a journey...
This strap fit my head the best out of the straps I tried so far. The A1 (previous version by Annapro) made the Vision Pro (VP) sit too high for me – the lenses were a half inch above my eyes, and I could not get it lower with the padding that was provided; I think that’s more a function of the shape of my relatively large head though, so I don’t fault the A1 too much. The A2 just fit my head better out of the box. I also tried the iofeiwak head strap, and I like the adjustability of the strap, but it definitely feels “cheaper” in build quality, and it left a torsion on the “audio pod” arms if you leave it fully dialed in – both the Annapro A2 and A1 models do not torque the arms, so I prefer Annapro’s “fixed-arm” design. The A2 definitely makes the “solo knit band” that comes with the VP much more usable and comfortable; the A2/solo-knit band combo work better for me than the dual-loop alternative that also comes with the VP. As others have noted, the A2/solo-knit allow you to use the VP without the light seal, which is also a good experience when you’re in a room with controlled light sources (otherwise glare might get in the way). Even with the light seal on, I can usually find an adjustment so that the light-seal cushion is _just_ touching my face, which can be quite comfortable for extended periods while blocking out most of the light. I should say that the head strap does leave a pressure mark high on my forehead, but it sits around my hairline and just gets covered by hair anyway – your mileage may vary. I have also been using a Hikenture skull cap helmet liner that helps with keeping the solo-knit band below the ridge at the back of my head and just generally makes everything feel a bit more stable.

It’s overpriced but fits good
I use this with the AVP. It’s a bit overpriced, as it’s just a plastic head strap, but out of everything I’ve had; this one fit my head great. One star removed because it’s overpriced. I take it the makers already know Apple buyers of AVP are t scared of spending that $$

Best headstrap for AVP to date.
I've tried 6-7 different straps for the AVP to try to get the best fit to use for extended periods of time. The annapro a2 is by far the best I've used so far.For some context, I've tried the solo loop, dual loop, belkin top strap, original annapro, the bobo vr strap modded to work with avp, another random amazon one similar to bobo vr.Some of the highlights of the annapro a2:Works with the solo knit strap, so it's super easy to get the headset on and off, no need to mess with velcro straps. The strap itself comes off the device easily; no tools required. It slides on the back unlike some other competitors where you need a SIM card tool to remove the audio pods and slide the strap on that way.Comfort. There are several foam pads to choose from to help get the best fit and keep pressure on the top of your head instead of your face. You can also move your head freely without worry about the device shifting, which has been an issue with other straps.Sturdy. It feels like a quality product, not a random 3D printed strap like some others being sold. The only thing "complaint" I have is the size. It's a little big for traveling with. With some strategic placement you can get it into smaller cases. I have the sfbags (waterfield) shield case, I generally travel with a PS5 controller in there as well, with the annapro a2 it's a very tight fit. But it CAN fit. The original annapro fit much better in the case. That being said the annapro a2 is a lot more comfortable and extends my use of the AVP much more so I happily accept the size.

Made my AVP wearable for longer
Tried several and this is the most comfortable. Nicely made and it just works well.

A no-brainer
I bought this primarily because it lets me use the AVP without the lightseal. I didn’t have a big issue with the weight and pressure of the AVP and solo strap. Now that I have the a2, I wonder why Apple didn’t make it first. It completely removes the weight of the unit from my face. I can wear for hours without a second thought. Working without the lightseal is a fun experiment in productivity; it’s useful to have the virtual screen while retaining peripheral vision and situational awareness. It’s also easier to set the unit in the same position consistently, allowing for fewer eye adjustments in the settings menu.It doesn’t fit in the standard Apple case while attached, so I have been taking it off each time. That adds less than a minute to my use. I do not intend to buy the Annapro case.

Improved Design for Better Comfort and Usability. Must have for traveling!
This updated version addresses key issues from the previous model, offering a noticeably improved fit on the forehead and reducing sound blockage. The added comfort is impressive, especially considering the compact form factor. However, there’s still room for improvement in the design. Replacing the straight lines with curves could provide a more cohesive aesthetic, aligning better with the sleek Apple Vision Pro. Overall, it's a solid upgrade, but refining the shape further could elevate it to the next level.

Extremely Painful
The Annapro A2 does fit better than the first generation but it feels like a vice after an hour. The light seal finally fits my face all around, but the new plastic bar where the foam attaches to act like a vice and compress my forehead even after loosening the Apple head strap to zero tension. The first generation doesn’t fit well but it was super comfortable. I recommend waiting for the next generation.
