Purchased this item for someone with cognitive and physical disabilities. She loves it. It is mess free and allows her line draw pictures and have them light up for display. It is well made and easy to use. It's easy and fun to use for everyone.

Have been getting this one as gifts for kids and it's so good. The board is durable and the size is perfect for kids. It's fun for the kids to write and draw on the board as they love the glow feature. It comes with enough colors and it's portable.

My kids love this, but, it scratches really easy when cleaning. Be sure to use a microfiber towel to wipe off drawings.

This is a great idea for an art board. I never had anything like this as a kid. I really liked the concept of the backlit board that could be drawn onto and bought it for Christmas for my 4 year old. There was some minimal set up as it comes with a black board, a plastic encasing, and you must install batteries. It also came with a set of gel markers. There are a few different settings of the on function with one being a steady light and the other flashing.One thing to note is that after we installed the batteries it seemed to take it a minute to register that there were batteries inside and then it finally turned on after we hit the on button a handful of times. Probably a fluke but something worth noting.There are grooves in the back of the board where you can store the markers and they fit tightly. The color is really pretty and bright with the back glow of the light; however, the con for me is that you must clean off the board with water and a towel each time you want to wash away the art and it’s pretty streaky even when clean. It’s not conducive for kids and I find myself cleaning it off constantly. Because of that I would say that it’s pretty inconvenient and probably not the best art item for young kids. I myself can’t imagine using it and having to clean it like that constantly. I like the boards that you can click a button and it wipes away the marks but this seemed pretty cool because of the back glow of the light and the varying colors. Overall I’d say it’s still a good gift though and it’s been used a lot since Christmas. We paid $22 for it during cyber week, it’s pretty lightweight and the markers store easily on the board so all in all I’d say it’s worth the buy as long as the con of wiping the art away every time isn’t enough to deter you.

I really wanted to review this light board because it turned out to be great!! What can I say they thought about pretty much everything on this product. I ordered 3, one for each kid for christmas. Price was excellent and very affordable! They're large boards, plenty of drawing space, they have diff light settings, the colors show up bright (& even more intense if you overlap). You can remove black background for a seethrough board kinda like a smart board.i like that the marker doesnt erase with a finger like dry erase! Wipe with wet clith and dry well. Can also stand board up to display art. Can alsp store markers in back of board! Only downside is you can't buy extra Crayola* neon markers so I bought some Amazon ones that are supposed to be compatible and that will give extra colors, so that works. Also they do require batteries but that's OK. My age ranges are 4, 9,& 10. I even enjoyed drawing on it. Buy it!!!

You really can’t beat a Crayola product! I purchased this as a gift for Christmas for my five year old and he loves it! I use it with him and have fun, the only annoyance I find is cleaning it probably between drawing because even after wiping clean it still looks a bit dirty like it wasn’t properly wiped between drawings but over all good product.

The media could not be loaded. This thing is super cool and does exactly what it should. I bought two of these for my boys. It feels very sturdy and my boys love them. I’m disappointed in it, though, for being a Crayola product. Cleaning instructions literally say “Clean with a damp cloth” when it should probably provide its own microfiber cloth or at least specify. Do NOT use a paper towel. A wet one works fine-ish to clean it off but it takes multiple different new ones to actually get it cleaned. Absolutely do not use a dry paper towel to dry it off. It’s scratched it soooo easily. You can tell in my pics one hadbeen cleaned off before and is scratched everywhere after one use. I’m real curious how it’s going to stand up to a 3 and 2 year old long term.

Such a great gift for any kid who loves to draw and be artistic. Comes with markers and easy to take on the go.
