Feels very secure and works great. Fits snug but doesn't hurt, and notice a difference immediately. Easy to clean too. Perfect!

It would be 5 stars, but IT NEEDS A LARGE SIZE to better open larger noses and stay more secure in them.

It works but just get the right size or those little knobs on the inside will slightly cut into your nose. They're meant to keep the insert in your nose, but if you get the wrong size it'll cause so much discomfort

It does exactly what it states it would do. I really like the product. I just don't think its overpriced.

I was not sure what to expect with this device when I ordered it. I was impressed that this dialator came with a nice hard case to store it in and a good set of directions on how to use this device properly. Once I got the nasal dialator inserted into my nose properly, I immediately could tell the difference in the amount of air that I could draw through my nostrils. It really did a nice job of increasing the air flow through my nose while wearing this dialator. The device is a bit uncomfortable to wear to begin with, however, after wearing it a couple of hours, I hardly noticed it anymore. You have to realize anything new inserted into your nose is going to bother you somewhat at first. I have not slept with it yet. However, in the future I am going to try this with using a mouth tape to see if it will keep me from snoring. Great find.
