Product works as advertised
This product is good. I already see the results that come with using it; and I've only been taking it for 2 weeks.

These pills are smaller than the ones that require 6 per day
You only need 2 per day while others require 6 per day!

Great for portability and ease of use, but compared to powder, simply not the best possilbe value.
Smells and tastes like ground-up cardboard, but that's not much different than other psyllium products I've used before. As a long time user of Metamucil, psyllium husk in capsule form has always bothered me a bit. They claim that the dosage is 2 capsules at a time, 4 in a day. I normally take 2 heaping tablespoons of Metamucil. Roughly, I figure that this would equal around 20 capsules. I'm not really sure what is supposed to be happening inside your body with only 2 capsules of husk in there... certainly nothing discernible. But here's the thing. Sometimes I need this on the go, and I don't want to carry around a large tub of Metamucil. Hence these capsules. They are certainly portable and easy to take on the go... I just think you really need more of them, so ultimately they are not a good value at all. Still though, they are what they say they are.

Works like a charm naturally
Since I have started taking this I have been regualr - for someone who has been searching high and low for products to help me "go " naturally - I take pro and pre biotics along wit other supplements and this is the ONLY thing that seems to be 100% affective -

Does not work or make a difference
This product does not help or noticed any difference after almost two weeks of taking them. I will go back to clean men pills .

WeightWorld has a number of other products on Amazon, many with thousands of good reviews.This product is made in India. Not my favorite place for high quality supplements, but Psyllium Husks are about as low tech as it gets.The value of the product is reasonable.
