***Update***The company has excellent customer service. I reached out to them regarding the pump and I received a reply same day. They immediately shipped a replacement even though I purchased through Amazon. No issues with the pump on the new product. I’ve been using for a few weeks and am very pleased it hasn’t irritated my sensitive skin. I started slow and can use daily now. I love having an all in one solution more than I thought I would like it. My evening skincare is a breeze. I double cleanse, use Healthy Aging and moisturize. You can’t beat the value either. I’ll definitely be reordering. I am hoping they create something similar for the morning with THD form of Vitamin C.The only reason I purchased from Amazon was because the product was sold out on the Remedy website. It arrived quickly but when I went to use it tonight I couldn’t get any product to come out. I tried every which way to pump it out but nothing!

Unfortunately, I never even got to try this serum. No matter how much I pumped the container, no serum came out. Not even a drop. The serum in the bottle I received had either dried out, I was sent an empty container, or the pump was defective. Needless to say, a huge disappointment. I will have to seriously consider whether I want to spend $40.00 again for something that literally may or may not deliver. Cheap packaging and questionable quality control. At least the pump should work. Will likely stick with other products in the future. At least with a bottle and dropper, I can see what I am getting. By the way, I like the two dermatologists who created these products. They have very informative UTube videos. But I could not even get to try their product once.

I have been using this for about 2 weeks and my skin looks great and feels great. The ingredients in this are a wonderful combination you rarely find in other products. The pump broke immediately when I untwisted the cap. I had to cut it open to get the white product bottle out of the clear plastic bottle and be able to get to the product. I had a pump for another product that can sit in the white Remedy bottle that is working, but it doesn't work great. Please change the pump to make this product as great on the outside as it is on the inside.

This is a multi task product, containing ingredients that you would pay big money if purchased separately. I am on my third bottle and notice marked difference in my skin's tone and elasticity. Great for women and men. Bring it down to your next and the back of your hands.

The media could not be loaded. I am a Remedy believer. I’ve tried many of their products and have loved all of them but this may be the best product they’ve ever created! It’s gentle, hydrating, and simply WORKS! I noticed an improvement in my skin texture almost overnight. Now a few weeks in, my skin looks better than ever. More radiant, more even, less wrinkles, and just healthier in general. I guess that’s why they call it Healthy Aging. I also like that it’s fragrance free and is an upgrade from traditional retinol by adding in retinaldehyde. Amazing product at a great price! I will definitely repurchase and recommend to everyone

**UPDATE** The company has excellent customer service and they replaced my original order with a new product very quickly. I’ve only been using it for a few weeks now, but I really love it.I was so excited to try this but the pump doesn’t work. Can’t really evaluate the product if you can’t get the pump to work nor can you unscrew it to get it the bottle inside. Awful design for a product if the pump is pointless and you can’t unscrew it off. It’s infuriating tbh

I haven’t used this product long enough to comment on its effectiveness. However, I can provide my initial opinion. It goes on smoothly and didn’t irritate my sensitive skin. It absorbs immediately and can be layered with a moisturizer.
