If you have an Exercise Bike or a Treadmill, you'll want to invest in a rubberized Underlayment to protect your floor or outside surface.I've been using an exercise bike for a couple of years. I have it outside but underneath a covered patio. I know a lot of people would put it in a room and use it but I don't have the space inside so I've been using it on my patio.A couple of issues can occur with exercise equipment like my bike. It's just the right size....not too small but not too big either. My exercise bike fits neatly within the footprint of the mat. Wiping up sweat from a hard workout is a lot easier as well.If you need to, you can easily fold this mat up and transport it. It doesn't come with any kind of bag or handles or anything, but when folded up it isn't too big so moving it around isn't difficult.The material feels like a rubberized type of material. It seems durable. It's definitely convenient and handy to have if you have exercise equipment.If you don't have exercise equipment, this mat could be used for stretching, yoga or other strength exercises like push-ups, sit-ups, plank, etc.

This mat is a good size and folds up well for storage when not in use. A lot of gym mats are very smelly but this one had a very low odor. After a few days, the odor was completely gone. It is a good size for my stationary bike setup and provides good grip and enough padding for floor protection. Good value for price

While this isn't being used as it was probably intended, it would appear to have other uses too.Considering it's waterproof and its non-slip properties, we are currently using this to compliment out outdoor hot tub, which is not permanent fixture. What I like about this mat is that it compacts pretty well, so when the time comes to take down the hot tub the mat can be packed up with it.Works great for us and it seems to be pretty durable so far.

This mat is just what we needed to keep our floors safe from damage that can be inflicted by our exercise equipment. We have a treadmill (which this fits perfectly under) however we also have two steppers which also require some extra floor protection, so this mat this was a great addition to our home gym.Additionally, this can also be used underneath our exercise mats for added cushioning. Although it is shorter than our various exercise mats, it still provides a nice amount of cushion, therefore providing additional comfort when doing our floor exercises and stretching. We truly appreciate this floor mat as it is so incredibly versatile and can be used under a variety of exercise equipment. It adheres well to our hardwood floors as well as our carpet and there is no issue of the mat moving about when the exercise equipment is on it and in use.Overall this has made a tremendous difference regarding how we workout as it provides a great deal of floor protection and support. We are actually going to order a second may so we will have enough for all of our equipment as our kids also use our home gym. This is definitely family approved!

This mat is very lightweight but sturdy makingit easy to install. It is waterproof which is great. And it is attractive and matches the equipment nicely. It was a perfect fit for our exercise bike but a little small to go under the tredmill.

There are so many mat choices out there that it can be challenging to choose one. This one is larger than some and smaller than others, so check your measurements desired. But it is thick and sturdy, yet folds for storage when you want, perfect. There was only the very faintest smell of new something only with my nose against it directly.What is that something? Well that is the question, being that the seller listed "cotton" as the fabricated material -- it is NOT cotton. It is like thick yoga mat but not the cheap hard plastic-y kind, but the more foam type, or the flexible thick type.In any event, I do love it, and it is perfect for my weight bench or small treadmill, either. It is also good as a place to set workout weights or other equipment.Recommended.

This mat is OK but it's rather light so it doesn't stay flat on the ground so well. Depending on what equipment you are putting on it, that may matter to you. OK for a treadmill with a solid footprint but maybe not so much for a exercise bike that doesn't offer as much weight distribution.
