I love my Rose Gold Oura!
I know the Oura Ring comes at a steep price but I truly think it is worth it. I have had it since February and I only ever take it off to charge it. The biggest con is that the rose gold coating has a few chips on the outer edges and I have scratched it up pretty good. I have put this ring through a lot though so I’m not that surprised. You can buy clear silicone “cases” for it but it dulled out the brightness of the color itself. I still get compliments on how pretty it is even though I have been rough with it. The first week wearing it was an adjustment. At first it felt heavy and bulky but after the second week I stopped noticing it. I got a size 8 and it’s the perfect fit and feels comfortable. It doesn’t ever slip off but it’s easy to remove. My main reason for getting the Oura Ring was to help me keep track of my cycles and ovulation. I love the app and everything it has to offer. Overall the quality is great and I recommend this ring to all of my family and friends.

Oura Ring 4 - Silver ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 out of 5
I’m an Apple user, and the Oura Ring 4 has been the perfect addition to my setup. The design is sleek and comfortable — I barely notice I’m wearing it. What really makes it stand out, though, is how well it tracks sleep and overall recovery. The insights on sleep quality, readiness, and activity have helped me better understand my rest and how it connects to my daily strength and energy. The data feels accurate, and the app is clean and easy to use, syncing smoothly with my phone. If you’re already into health tracking, this is a fantastic companion to the Apple ecosystem. For me, it’s been a game-changer in monitoring my sleep and keeping a closer eye on my recovery.

Tossed the Smart Watch and Gave Them My Finger! Excellent Choice
So much easier and more comfortable than a bulky smart watch. Well worth the investment in monitoring my health, especially my sleep patterns. It even monitors blood/oxygen, can detect sleep disruptions from coughing and snoring. I also like the coaching recommendations during my daily activities.

Amazing data collection… but a very steep price and short life.
Note: This is a long term review, after owning the ring for 10 months. It disappoints me to have to give this a 1 star review, because when the ring works, it works. It’s very convenient, accurate, un-intrusive to wear, and gives you a ton of valuable data, especially related to your cardiovascular system. But, out of the blue about 10 months into my ownership, battery life has cratered, and even when it doesn’t run fully discharged, it has randomly started disconnecting, meaning it’s not harvesting the data that I expect and want it to, and even worse, without full days of data, it won’t build any trends, meaning the limited data it does collect is useless. Reading online it seems I am not the only person experiencing this disappointment.Oura’s customer service is non existent. I have yet to figure out how to get in contact with a human there. All their customer service is routed through “Finn” their AI assistant. After trying everything that “Finn” has recommended numerous times, and getting nowhere, it would be an understatement to say I am frustrated. One of “Finn’s” suggestions is to fully wipe the ring and app from your phone and reinstall it, and if that doesn’t work, the implication from the system is that it will then elevate it to a customer service rep. The issue with that is when you do that, a hard reset and reinstall, the record with “Finn” also seems to go with it, so the system will never engage a human, it comes across almost like it’s intentional firewall in their service.I am coming up on my 1 year membership renewal. I am at the point where I need to decide if I need to make the $72 annual investment again. I would gladly spend that again, but I’m not really looking at a $72 investment. Given my current ring performance, this means buying another ring. Between the membership and a new ring, with taxes, shipping, etc, etc, etc that’s a near $500 investment; and since it only made it 10 months, that really means it’s effectively closer to $600 a year.Battery powered wearables have a limited life; I went into this understanding that, but, I don’t think that after less than a year of usage, going from ~5 days of battery life and collecting non-stop data to less than 24 hours of life with random crashes is in any way acceptable. Apple or Garmin or Google would have mass recalls or replacements on their hands if their wearables behaved like this.Good health is priceless. The ring helped me tremendously in my fitness journey. I have lost over 65 lbs with its help. At this point, however, given I have hit and am maintaining my weight goal, and from my current experience as well as based on what I read from others online, I refuse to spend any more money with Oura, simply because of their poor customer service and poor product life.My final thoughts: the ring makes your fitness journey significantly easier. Data is king when you’re committed to self improvement. For that, I give it 5 stars; but if you buy one, understand that it most likely will not make it to a year without some sort of collection or battery issue. You have to decide for yourself if $500 for 10-ish months of data is a fair price to pay.

Motivates me to be and stay healthy!
I love gadgets, as well as staying fit and healthy. So this was a no brainer for me to get it when I heard about it. It’s great that you never have to remove it and can easily sleep, shower and exercise with it, without it getting in the way. I have had it a month. I charge it once a week with no issue. It takes about 20 minutes to fully charge. For the most part the information seems accurate. I understand it takes a while for it to learn patterns. Now and again it seems off on my sleep and stress levels. I ordered the sizer ahead of time. The $10 cost comes off when you order the ring. I got it in Silver. That is the least expensive option at the current price of $349. And it goes with the white gold of the ring I also wear on my right hand.It says it’s best to wear it on your index finger. I typically wear it there. But it fits on my middle finger as well. The best part for me is the motivation it gives me. Having it on makes me more aware. It checks in a few times a day after exercise, before bed, etc. It’s a steep price. Luckily I saved a little on prime day. But i am willing to spend when it comes to health. The first month of the subscription is free and then $5.99 after that , which is less expensive than streaming services! I did not give it the full 5 stars due to some of the data being inconsistent, the high price and the addition of a monthly subscription. It’s not for everyone, but if you like and are used to wearing a watch for your wearable tracker, this is much more convenient and has more intuitive features.
