NeilMedNasoGel Spray

Hubby was plagued with nosebleeds last winter that resulted in AnE trips several times . This stuff has kept his nose from drying out and so far no more bleeds . Fantastic stuff and £2 cheaper than boots

This product has given me some relief but not as much as I would have hoped however I have yet to try anything better and the relief I have had has been worth purchasing.Ok vale.Not keen on the smell.Have not noticed a change in sleep noise but have been less uncomfortable because I have less pain.

I have had all sorts of problems with allergic rhinitis, polyps, stuffed up sinuses etc. This is a nice product to use once you've got your nose cleared as it soothes and moistens the nose. In my experience, it doesn't work wonders but it makes things more comfortable - a bit like hand cream on your hands. I see they have a 'newer version' which seems to be 30 ml rather than 45ml for more money. Er, I don't think so! I would recommend trying it and it will last quite a long time but I don't think I'd buy it again, I have bigger problems with my nose that need medical rather than herbal products. As others say this will not clear your nose but it might help soothe it if you've used a decongestant or steroid drops or sprays.

Although I use NeilMed Sinus Rinse daily, I still have a dry nose at times so thought I’d try this product and it is amazing. One drop swirled into each nostril really helps moisturise my nose and makes it feel fresh and moist, rather like when you go out in the rain. As it’s a gel it doesn’t just pour out so lasts a while. It has no taste or smell so feels really refreshing. I would really recommend it for dry noses.
