I need the silk keratin serum ! I used one in the box I need other to relaxer my hair next month! Where do you get the silk keratine serum

This is not sold seperatly. What you can do is use a good conditioner after you rinse the relaxer out and let it remain on your hair for the same amount of time. Then use the nutralizing shampoo. I got that tip from a professional hair stylist and I have been doing this for years since you only get 1 in the kit. Hope this helps.

If i wash my hair, before i use the serum packet from dark and lovely what will happen to my hair?

Catrice I honestly never have washed my hair before I used the serum packet.

can this work best on thick black hair?

My hair is not really thick, but is what is sometimes categorized as "resistant". Dark and Lovely is a very good brand. And super works better than regular on my hair. I guess you should just try it.

i used a color rinse on my hair and washed twice already, will this affect my hair when i use it?

If you follow the instructions, you should be good to go. Works well, no burn or hair loss

Relaxed my hair really well. I had taken it out of braids the day before (did wash, barely detangled) left it in for about 22 minutes, no burning or anything but my hair is super straight. Immediately headband glad I got the 2 pack, will use it to retouch

Shiny sleek hair

This product has very detailed instructions which are helpful if you’ve never applied before. In addition to the main ingredient to relax your hair, there are additional creams that prep your hair and also moisturize and condition for afterwards. My hair was shiny, soft and bouncy after using this following the instructions. Also had a nice pleasant smell to the products and not the usual chemical smell afterwards. Would definitely use again and recommend.
