Tried this product at the start of Spring every night before bed. I feel like I am waking up more rested and I am much more regular. Love that the capsules aren’t too big. Will continue to keep taking this!

I bought this supplement for both my husband and I since I am a smoker and my husband has COPD. In addition, my husband has had a digestive problem causing frequent loose stools, so I thought the probiotics might be beneficial for him.Both of us have been taking this supplement for over 4 months, and have seen absolutely no benefits. I don't expect any supplement to have immediate results, but after 4 months, there should be some evidence of a benefit. Although this supplement may be helpful for some, it did nothing for either of us. We have both decided to stop taking this supplement as soon as the bottles we have are gone.I hope this review was helpful for you.
