Ink on cartridge and plastic guard
When I opened the sealed package there was ink on the top of the catridge, there was even smears on the plastic guard that could have only gotten there from a human hand not any type of leakage. I wiped the ink off the cartridge and my hands. My guess is that it was returned, the white sticker that is suppose to be on the right hand side of the cartridge was gone. When i shook the catridge per the instruction, i heard no sloshing, but perhaps its suppose to be that way. I need to keep it as I have printing that is time senstive, but I am fairly confident I am getting a partially used catridge.
