Dio Dual Flush 51mm Chrome Toilet Push Button 322408, Multi-Colour

Apparently Thomas Dudley changed the design of the Dio, The photo on Amazon and on the Thomas Dudley website shows the old one. But the one delivered is different, so it doesn't match the others in my house. Not one of the worst problems but when I buy something where appearance is important, I expect the product to be the same as the photos in the advert. I e-mailed Thomas Dudley customer support but had no response. I shall now have to replace all 4 toilet push-buttons in my house so that they match. I shall look for buttons from one of Thomas Dudley's competitors instead - why should I buy more products from a company which does not care about customer support?

I needed to replace my Dudley Vantage cistern flush button as the old one finally gave up after 12 years of service.This part was a genuine Dudley part and was quickly fitted to bring the cistern back into operation.The button arrived very promptly one day quicker than the quoted delivery date!

Easy to install.Have had some issues with it not stopping the flush though.

Not quite the same one as shown on order and sometimes needs pressing twice but otherwise better than the one it replaced.

Good to find the correct flush button and easy to install. Flushing my toilet is now easy.

Fast delivery and quick to replace -- BUT -- the small button breaks easily. This is my third one in 4 years.Judging by the number sold it is a common fault and should be redesigned or manufacturing quality improved.I cannot use any other style of button without extensive cabinet modifications.

Does the job it was designed for. Good.
