Solved sticky dash issue
The flocking power was applied to my black sticky dashboard and resolve my the issue. I placed approximately one inch of flocking power inside a plastic liquid dispensing bottle ($0.97 at Walmart on the cooking utensil aisle). Then lightly squeezed the bottle while simultaneously moving in sweeping left to right motions. The moving motion was to insure clumps of flocking powder didn't accumulate in one area. I applied the flocking powder on a day the temperatures was 80 degrees to ensure the dashboard was hot so I didn't need adhesive.

Me, I'm going to make some moldy zombie dolls. But if holiday cheer is more your style than humbug add some flocking snow.

Poor quality.
I attempted to flock my dash with these fibers, and they were extremely clumpy. Even the areas that were not clumpy had a bad finish to them. I would not recommend this for anything automotive. I bought some from a woodworking store nearby and the difference and quality was night and day.

Works great for flocking goose decoy heads. Geese were convinced as well. Painted decoy heads black and this stuck right to the paint easily and a layer of clear coat Matte locked it in.
