Amazing for Homemade Colombian Quesito!
This rennet worked perfectly for my homemade Colombian-style quesito! I used 6 tablespoons of vinegar for cooking and added salt to taste. For an authentic touch, I incorporated 100 grams of quesito (Colombian fresh cheese) into the mix. The texture came out just right—soft, slightly crumbly, and very fresh.
