The set includes wood an concrete bits of average quality. A small plastic level which works, but it's really rather small, a small tape measure (thin tape portion that does like to bend and flex for larger measurements), and a na average screwdriver. It is perfect for people who don't have any tools and want to install their tv, or for a new homeowner or renter who just needs a decent set at a budget price.
