I'm a tattoo artist, I literally use this on a daily basis and I have had zero issues. It is heavy but it gives my tablet a more sturdy laptop feel that I enjoy.

I have the samsung official, i tried the dexnor and now this one. This one has turn out to be the best, from this perspective. It works consistenly. Samsung connects great with the pins, has a great kickstand however cuts in and out periodically. The HEAPAO connects wth bluetooth, types well, protects the pin with internal slot and seems to mantain the connection well. my biggest compaint is, its not lapable. you will need a table of some sort. Good buy

This is a well built cover/keyboard. Yes, you need to charge the keyboard separately because it's Bluetooth. Yes, there's an extra step to connect. But for a solid alternative, this is the one to go. I'm satisfied with the purchase.

UPDATED JULY 2024 - BECAUSE THE KEYBOARD IS REALLY A PIECE OF JUNK FOR $90+TAX/SHIPPING, AND NOT FUNCTIONAL, I HAD IN STORAGE HAVEN'T USED MUCH. I PULLED IT OUT BECAUSE I LEFT MY BETTER AND CHEAPER MORE FUNCTIONAL TAB S4 KEYBOARD, DISCOVERED A LOT OF THE KEYS NO LONGER EVEN WORK AND THIS IS FULLY CHARGED. BEST TO USE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE AND GET A BETTER KEYBOARD FROM COMPETITORS AT A BETTER QUALITY AND PRICE.OLD REVIEW:I've emailed the Manuf as soon as I got this, asking why they didn't include a dedicated Windows key, they responded Samsung is an Android OS so it does not have a Windows Key. Even though there are already over 100 keyboards for Samsung Tablets that use Samsung Dex, so to this left a very bad taste in the beginning. But It looked durable so thought I'd give it a try...Not so, experiences were bad during use, first was missing the Windows key limited usage for Samsung Dex, forced to use Tablet Pen to resize windows. Second, the thick backing for the buttons does take a lot of space, also another reviewer commented the hinges is wrong side up where it should be unfolding from the bottom instead of the top coming down. The keyboard key came off late April (this was definitely less than 60 days), i snapped it back in hoping it will stay, it never really would stay since then. I wanted to post my review by end of April but have been on vacation overseas leaving the keyboard/case unattached because it is ineffective in Samsung Dex. I was instead using a much better bluetooth keyboard/case however not using as a case but as a keyboard from my Samsung Tab S7 Plus where it has a Windows key.Windows key for Samsung Tablet keyboard cases came out for over 8 years now, even with my old Samsung Tab S4, my keyboard then also had Windows key. This manufacturer I believe did what they can to save money by making excuses of not having a Windows Key, a poor keyboard design that is not very durable, the locking push tab on the back clearly not desirable feels like it was rushed in design just to produce and make take money from people, and lastly a hinge that is awkward and feels wrong.

Product works really good it is a very good replacement or cheaper option than the Samsung keyboard I like that it lights up. My only con against it is that the mouse pad is very sensitive and The Click unintentionally double clicks so it doesn't open up what you are selecting so you have to manually tap it with your screen but the drag is smooth it is just the clicking feature is very delicate. Overall it's a very good purchase

Way better than the keyboards samsung sells for triple the price! Very satisfied!
