Char-Broil5+ Burner Extra Large Rip-Stop Grill Cover

This is a well made cover with durable materials and stitching method. Spend the fee extra dollars and purchase the rip-stop series!However, I have a 5-burner Char-Broil grill (model 463347519), and purchased the medium which is marketed as for a 2-burner. It fits perfect. Critical Tip: Measure your grill and select based on the dimensioned images; do not base your purchase on the number of burners!

This is a very nice quality grill cover, heavyweight and well made, but we followed the manufacturer's size chart for our grill (also a Char-Broil) which recommended the extra large for our model number and style - and this thing is a circus tent! It hangs on the grill and drags on the ground, so it will collect spiders, bugs, and other debris, and dogs will no doubt pee on it. We should have ordered at least one size smaller. maybe even two sizes, but once it's out of the box and unfolded there is no chance of putting it back in.In addition, because my grill was not yet assembled and this was a Christmas gift, by the time I tried it on the grill it was past the return window. Stuck with a $44 white elephant, but the way it hangs and pools on the ground I'm sure it will rot out quickly & I can replace it with the proper size - BY IGNORING THE CHAR-BROIL SIZE CHART!!!

Bought for a brand new Char-Broil Classic 280 2-Burner grill & fits very well with some room to spare, would probably be perfectly tailored for the 3-burner Classic. It's heavier than expected (in a good way) & seems to be very durable, not a cheap single layer plastic/vinyl one.The only negative would be the "adjustable-fit side straps", which are very light & thin...a knock-off, non-Velcro brand. They are already very stiff & brittle-feeling, can't see them lasting as long as the cover itself, especially if you're taking it on & off regularly. Time will tell once the weather gets to 'em. Their positioning is a little odd as well as they don't wrap around or under the grill. They are stitched into the seems at the 4 corners about 6 inches off the ground & they only "adjust" from front to back (not left side to right side) & they are about 4-5" long so there's no way to really crank them down. I'm guessing in a stiff wind this thing will parachute a bit & probably allow for rain to get in sideways underneath, but the cover is plenty long enough to not leave the bottom exposed.That said, I feel this was worth the price for nothing else than to keep it clean, dry & rust-free for the next couple of years. No buyer's remorse here.

I bought the Medium size for my Char Broil Classic 2 and it fits like a glove on it! Yeah its only a 2 burner grill but the side tables dont fold down on the grill so the 52" wide cover is what was needed. Only reason for giving this 4 stars is I wish you could make the bottom tighter. The velco straps at the bottom seem small and the cover still could get wind under it. Other then that it seems it will stand up to outside elements including snow just fine!

Had my grill for probably 10 years and gone through three other covers, but this one is extra heavy duty. Of course it doesn't fit my particular grill exactly but it covers very well, is easy to put on and take off, will take a 60 mph wind like a 5 mph wind. My Grill Is a Char Broil 60 inch, 4 burner, and the cover comes 2 inches from the ground. It's made so tough and sturdy I think I will get many years of use out of it.

I purchased this cover for my Char-Broil Performance 475 4-Burner Gas Grill with Side Burner. After having purchased one of these covers in a larger size, advertised for 3-4 burner grills, from the blue big-box lumber store and finding it to be much too wide (think little kid wearing a parent's jacket), I finally got smart and measured the actual width of my grill, only to find that it was a closer match to the cover marketed for 2-burner grills. Fits like a glove.Overall, it seems pretty durable. Water beads up on top of it, so water resistance is great. The only thing that I could see wearing out at some point down the road is the velcro straps on each side that help to cinch the cover tight to the grill. They appear to be well-sewn - but you know how weathering can go sometimes.This is the best-fitting, most durable grill cover I could find without having to spend a bunch more money. Happy grilling!

Just bought a 6 burner Charbroil grill and this cover fits it perfectly!! Very heavy duty material. Well worth the price as my grill stays outside all summer and I need a good cover for it.

I'll be the first to admit that I've been pretty cheap about grill covers in the past. I get the no-name ones at the hardware store that get holes in them after a few months. HOWEVER, after shelling out for a fancy new Char-Broil grill I decided to get the cover that was designed for it. The difference is like night and day. This is a thick, sturdy, well-constructed cover that fits the grill perfectly and goes on and off quickly. I can't imagine it ever leaking or getting a hole in it. I like the Velcro at the bottom so you can tighten it around the legs in case it gets windy, the cover won't blow off. If it does give out, 10-15 years from now, I will buy another to replace it. I will update if this changes, but so far so good and I do not regret the extra few dollars. :)

Really happy with the quality of materials and fit (I pre-measured and knew it'd be a little roomy but could be tighter with the straps) on our small two burner BBQ that's super difficult to find covers that actually fit. Time will tell if it starts to rip as we live in a very windy city (Halifax, NS) which was why a replacement cover was needed!

That is ice and rain all beaded up and not penetrating the cover! Very impressed and happy with it! I just got it so cannot speak to longevity but so far the quality is better than I expected and when I saw this rain all beaded up on it I was very happy!

We purchased this cover for our Webber barbecue. Fits well and the quality is there.Nice Velcro straps.

Very durable. Material is high quality and the price beats anything else out there in retail stores.

So far so good...remains to be seen how well it lasts but seems to be well made and sturdy.
