Met expectations and was delivered quickly
Works well with Physical Therapy exercises for me. Easy to inflate and use. Pump is manual and easy to use.

i got this for my husband's physical therapy
and then my physical therapist told me to use it as well for my frozen shoulder.i put this on the bed and roll out my shoulders every morning. it helps so very much.so if i can during the day i also use this to continue to roll out my shoulders

Deflate rapidly in my opinion but overall good and useful

was a little difficult to get fully inflated. maybe needed to stretch a bit. It seemed to be full and sturdy, but the next day it was squishy. I worried maybe there was a leak, but i pumped it back up and it held. did that maybe twice and then it seemed fine. i bought it on the recommendation of my physical therapist for hip and back issues. it does seem to help to have it at home as well as being able to do the exercises when i go to therapy. worth the small investment. especially once i was able to get it inflated all the way.

This ball works great for my PT exercises. The grandkids also rolled all over it. A plus for sturdy and stays inflated.
