Liked it so much I brought a second
Changed the flush system on my toilet. The new system needed a spring loaded handle and this did the job. Not cheep but functional and should last. Happy enough with my first installation that I will repeat on a second. Hence purchase number two

Unusable, had to return for refund
Had a professional plumber and bathroom expert fitting this but unable to get this to work. Returned for full refund.

Broke within 1 month
Had this installed for less then one month and it’s broken, the inside mechanism is more cumbersome then cheaper options and doesn’t make anything longer lasting.The inside is plastic which doesn’t hold well against the tightness of the mechanism.

This must be the smallest toilet handle in the world it actually looks like a toy and made very badly according to the plumberAlso the return is complicated can only be returned by one companyDon’t waste your money!!

Broke after 1 week of use
It looks beautiful and worked well, but having 2 heavy handed children in the family and the internal parts of the flush being made of plastic, it broke within a week of use 😔
