Work with the 2019 Mac Pro?

This will indeed work with the 2019 Mac Pro, as it makes use of standard PCI-E slots. The other answer from Eric is incorrect. While Apple does offer its own GPUs, you can indeed slot in your own video card, the physical slotting is the same as any other PCI-E slot on any other motherboards, in fact Apple does one step further and added a retention lock system which is much nicer than the impossible to reach retention clips at the end of PCI-E slots. Feeding the card power will require you to buy a set of power cables from Belkin for $80 ( which is steep ). Snazzy labs and other tech YouTubers have show that this works, and a friend of mine has dual Vega 64 boards in his new 2019 Mac Pro using the aforementioned setup. I hope that helps!
