SalomonMen’s Speedcross GTX, Waterproof Trail Running Shoes

Broke these in on a rocky and steep hike. They did great! Gripped the terrain well -- AWESOME. Light weight and comfortable.

This is my 7th pair of Speedcross GTXs. I love them for their fit/comfort, lacing system, and waterproof performance. Living in Montana we beat the crap out of trail shoes year round. They always fit accurately to my size, too.My only complaint is that the Contragrip soles wear out in about 7-9 months because they are so soft. Other from that, they are durable as hell, comfortable for all around use, and do great in water and snow (though they tend to be super slippery on icy surfaces).

The shoes fit according to size. Great traction when golfing, or hacking when golfing. Color is a little on the wild side, but I love red. My feet stay dry when the shoes are worn. I wear them during wet times here in Oregon. The shoes are light enough, and I can’t imagine a better shoe for trail running. I have yet, after two pair to trust the lace system. It does work when golfing, but I don’t run anymore. Overall a good quality shoe.

I love these shoes. Super comfortable, light, and breathable. Great for trail running or just hiking.

This is my second pair of Gore-Tex Speedcross shoes. I play about 200 rounds of disc golf a year and about a dozen tournaments. Recently I played at the GoThrow Tournament at Hideaway in Terrell, TX which turned out to be one of the wettest and muddiest rounds I've ever played in my life! The Speedcross held up perfectly and my feet stayed perfectly dry all three rounds! It was also nice being the only person on my card not slipping all over the place!

Really great shoes, I was nervous about ordering these because they came from the UK and also the reviews noted they were "narrow." The inside of the shoes is very soft/cushy and comfortable and the width isn't an issue.
