Wish they would put a tab on the backing paper it’s very tricky to get It off but other than that works very well at killing pain would recommend

I found these patches excellent for reliving My knee pain,they seem to very effective/comfortable and stay where you stick them.

These patches are a godsend. The don't cure painful knees but they do reduce the pain. The are far more economical than lotions as they last for 24hrs. The stick well so long as you wash and dry your knees first. My only quibble is that the backing is not always easy to peel from the patch. The smell strong but it is a pleasant herbal smell - the heat level is comfortable and they are an ideal size for knees but can also be cut into smaller pieces for other areas.

I get some relieving sensation from the patches but I wouldn’t call it full pain relief. There is a mild herbal smell but it’s not offensive.Easy to remove from the skin. The paper backing is awkward to remove - the manufacturer could add a slit or use two pieces like on a plaster.For the money - give it a try. Do make sure your skin is clean and free from creams / ointments as these won’t stick for more than an hour if skin isn’t clean.At this point, with the level of pain I’m dealing with, I’m willing to engage in witch craft so I’m using these patches.

These make your skin tingle and can’t be worn for long periods of time. I don’t rate them at all. Bette roof rubbing some Vicks Valour rub on you knees.

I have been using these for my ankles as i have sprained my ankles and have bad pains from the ligments / joints or tendon sometimes.I would say they have been helping a little , I certainly do not wear them that long as its on instructionAs after 4/5hours + they do sometimes heat up a bit and feels like its burning each is what they supposed to do however in some spots for my ankle sprains it does not feel the best the heat , however for my tendon it does feel good .So i would say it depends if u need heat for muscle or cold , if heat then this patch is deffo it.My skin does not get any iritation from it but like i said the moment i feel some burning like feeling, each does not feel too good for my ankles , i take them off .They have very strong herbal scent tooI do feel less pain in my ankles when having them on each helps me in my journey to recover and stand this pain :)i will be buying these again for sureI didnt used them for nothing else except my ankles so far so unsure how any other body parts .

They are as advertised. However, my skin itched upon its application; perhaps that’s just me & not something that would apply to others,

My husband put these on below his knee for 24 hours and his knee has not given him any pain since, they work miracles
